Pop Party Terms & Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Pop Party platform — including the website at popparty.net, the mobile app, and all associated games and services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming policy.

These Terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the platform — via browser on a desktop, through the Pop Party mobile app, or on a mobile browser. Pop Party reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use Pop Party, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years old. Pop Party does not permit use by anyone under 21, and we enforce age verification during the registration and KYC process.
• Location: You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use. Pop Party is a Philippine-facing platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active Pop Party account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any court-imposed restriction on gaming activity.

03 Account Registration & Verification

When you register for a Pop Party account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

Pop Party requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before unlocking full deposit functionality. KYC may require submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and a selfie. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying Pop Party immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Pop Party support staff will never ask for your password. If anyone claims to be from Pop Party and requests your password, treat it as a scam and do not comply.

04 Platform Use & Prohibited Conduct

Pop Party is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating and fraud: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live casino games.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of technical bugs, display errors, or pricing errors in the platform. Any winnings resulting from known errors may be voided.
• Money laundering: Using Pop Party as a vehicle for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. Pop Party reports suspicious transactions in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
• Account sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to use your account.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per person, whether to circumvent a suspension, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other reason.

Violations of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law.

05 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on Pop Party are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Pop Party does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or any other non-PHP payment instrument for gaming purposes.

Accepted deposit channels include GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet, over-the-counter cash payments, and direct bank transfers. Specific minimum and maximum amounts, processing times, and reference number requirements for each channel are detailed on the Deposit page.

• Deposits made using inaccurate reference numbers may be delayed. Pop Party is not liable for delays caused by player error in payment reference details.
• Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. Your withdrawal method must match your verified identity.
• Pop Party reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly where unusual activity has been detected.
• Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

06 Games, Betting & Results

Pop Party offers a range of gaming and betting products including fish games, online slots, live casino, sports betting, and other categories available in the Game Lobby. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics, as applicable.

• Game results are final. Once a game round or bet is settled, the outcome cannot be reversed except in cases of a verified technical error.
• Sports betting results follow official competition outcomes. Pop Party follows standard industry rules for event cancellations, postponements, and walkovers.
• Minimum and maximum stakes are displayed within each game or betting market. These limits may vary by game type and account tier.
• Pop Party reserves the right to void any bet or game result that was affected by a technical failure, data feed error, or breach of these Terms by the player.

07 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Pop Party offers promotional bonuses and rewards to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own set of specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made available.

General rules that apply to all Pop Party promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting bonus terms through low-risk wagering patterns, or coordinating with other players — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Pop Party reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where wagering requirements apply to a bonus, these will be specified in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn.

08 Privacy & Data Use

By registering for a Pop Party account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

09 Responsible Gaming

Pop Party is committed to supporting safe and responsible gaming for all players. We provide the following tools to help players stay in control:

• Loss of data or account access resulting from player negligence (e.g., sharing credentials, using compromised devices).
• Third-party payment processing delays that are outside Pop Party's direct control.
• Financial losses arising from gaming outcomes, as all game results are subject to chance.

In all cases, Pop Party's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their Pop Party account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

Pop Party reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Upon account termination for cause, Pop Party reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed without cause or at the player's own request, any verified balance net of pending bonus wagering requirements will be returned via the player's last verified withdrawal method.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from the use of the Pop Party platform shall first be subject to an informal resolution process — contact support at [email protected] with a clear description of your concern.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Pop Party does not waive any rights or remedies available under Philippine law.
